UK delivery will be via 1st Class Royal Mail
International will be sent via Royal Mail Track & Signed

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens PRINTS279 will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, PRINTS279 will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in contact within 7 days via firstname.lastname@example.org
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to PRINTS279 and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
After contacting us if you have already received, package the item up and send it back within 14 days (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller)
What item's can not be returned:
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
- Creative pieces that are specially commissioned
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
